This is the tour to visit two famous Palaces of Portugal in just one day. During which we will visti the National Palace of Queluz, built in 1747 and one of the last Rococo buildings to be designed in Europe and still the monument Baroque and Neoclassical Palace / Convent of Mafra. The palace was classified as a National Monument in 1910, and was also elected one of the Seven Wonders of Portugal.
The Queluz Royal Palace, one of residences of Portuguese Kings, represents the extravagant life of the Portuguese royalty in the 18th century in a incredible rococo structure surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Mafra National Palace is one of the biggest Palaces in the world, started built in 1717. It was usually a secondary residence for the Royal Family. With more than 1200 rooms and 40.000 sqm, this vast complex is among the most sumptuous Barroque building in Portugal. The stunning libary with more than 36.000 books and unique 6 imponent pipe organs and the oldest Carrillion can be admired.
